Birthday/Zodiac Activity

  At the end of the Mazel Jewish Learning Section, there was a birthday activity. I collected everyone's birthdays, converted that to the Jewish calendar and filled out Jewish Zodiac birthday certificates. This was a neat activity because everyone learned their Jewish birthday, as well as characteristics associated with their Jewish Zodiac signs. I used the Kabalah/Jewish Astrology Calendar at http://www.havienu.org/html/living.html to convert the days.

Unfortunately, since you can't read the actual certificate, the following list is all the
signs and qualities of the Zodiac.

Key for understanding the Zodiac:
Angel: Guardian angel according to the Sefer Yetzirah (Book of Creation).
Letter: Hebrew letter associated with astrological sign.
Quality: Sense or emotion associated with sign.
Tribe: The tribe of the twelve tribes of Israel that corresponds to your sign.
Element: Of fire, water, air and earth, the one associated with your sign.
